How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within three to five working days. All shipping is carbon-neutral, and it’s free on orders over $60.
How does the refill programme work?
Use the prepaid label in your order to send back empties. We clean and refill them, and you receive 15% off your next refill.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are gentle and fragranced only by botanicals, though we always recommend a patch test before first use.
Can I return a product I’ve opened?
Yes. You have 30 days to return any product, opened or not, for a full refund.
Do you offer corporate or bulk pricing?
We do, from 10 units for gift kits and 50 units for bulk products. Send us an enquiry for a quote.
